Job Summary of Retail Assistant:
This role supports store operations by assisting the leadership team in achieving business goals, maintaining merchandise standards, and providing excellent customer service. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Assistant:

- Greet and acknowledge customers, providing appropriate guidance and support.
- Communicate merchandise value, quality, and current promotions while offering alternatives for out - of - stock items.

- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are available.
- Follow company standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
- Maintain a neat and organized stockroom and sales floor, adhering to safety requirements.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standards.
- Protect company assets by following all loss prevention procedures.
- Promptly inform leadership of maintenance or facility needs to ensure a safe environment.
- Contribute to achieving store goals through focused and well - managed efforts.
- Assist with stock processing and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, overnights, and call - in shifts.
- Physical ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
