Job Summary of Customer Service Associate:

This role supports the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals and initiatives by providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation standards, and keeping the store and stockroom organized and customer - ready. This role ensures a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate:

• Monitor customer activity and respond promptly, prioritizing assistance over other tasks.
• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing appropriate service.
• Communicate value and quality of merchandise, share current promotions, and provide solutions for out - of - stock items.
• Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns.
• Apply selling skills to positively impact sales conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the cashwrap, educating customers on store programs, including the PLACE Card.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow company standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom and sales floor while adhering to safety requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks according to company standards.
• Protect company assets by following all Loss Prevention procedures.
• Promptly inform the leadership team of maintenance and facility needs.
• Contribute well - managed efforts toward achieving store goals.
• Exhibit flexibility by assisting with stock processing and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, overnights, and call - in shifts.
• Physical ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom; lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
